6. Software-Adjustable Internal Airway Structures: The system can simulate real-time changes in internal tracheal anatomy, allowing for difficult airway intubation training.

▲6.1 Laryngospasm: range from normal airway obstruction to complete airway obstruction. It can simulate the sudden closure of the vocal cords.

▲6.2 Laryngeal displacement: Capable of shifting the larynx to a more anterior position, making vocal cord visualization more challenging. The software allows adjustment of the degree of laryngeal displacement, and the manikin's larynx can be displaced accordingly to provide various difficulty levels.

▲6.3 Tongue edema: Can induce tongue swelling to simulate varying degrees of angioedema of the tongue. The software allows adjustment of the degree of tongue edema, and the manikin's tongue can present different swollen states accordingly.  

▲6.4 Trismus: Can severely restrict mouth opening, making airway device insertion more challenging. The software allows setting the degree of trismus, which limits the manikin's mouth opening accordingly.  

▲6.5 Mandibular protrusion/retrusion: Can produce varying degrees of malocclusion to simulate overbite and underbite characteristics. The software allows adjustment of the degree of mandibular protrusion or retrusion, and the manikin's mandible will immediately protrude or retract accordingly.  

▲6.6 Airway obstruction level: Adjusts the degree of airway obstruction. The software allows setting different levels of airway blockage, and the internal airway of the manikin will change to the set obstruction level accordingly.
